Our Live Arrival Guarantee ensures that your fish will arrive alive and in good health. In the rare event that your fish does not arrive alive , we will provide a store credit refund equivalent to the cost of the fish.
Steps to Claim Live Arrival Guarantee:
1. If your fish arrives deceased or in poor health, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Provide clear photographs of the affected fish in its original packaging.
3. Our customer service team will assess the situation and process your claim promptly.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs under any circumstances. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
